I am a software engineer and technical leader with experience across architecture, delivery, team leadership, and company building.

I built and co-led a software company as CTO and Head of Development, combining technical responsibility with the practical realities of running a business. I have led small engineering teams, worked directly with clients and business leaders, and remained active in implementation.

My background spans .NET, Azure, SQL, data platforms, web and mobile applications, and business-critical backend systems. I test decisions against reality while framing them through risk, cost, speed, and long-term value.
